Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse quality management across multiple warehouse sites, including operational standardization, inventory accuracy, 5S, warehouse security, and process compliance.
• Monitor operational performance and quality KPIs, investigate customer complaints and operational exceptions, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing warehouse processes, identifying operational gaps, and enhancing quality management systems.
• Develop warehouse operational capabilities by conducting quality and operational excellence training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Manage warehouse safety programs, including safety training, risk assessments, hazard identification, inspections, and corrective action follow-up.
• Drive warehouse visual management and operational standardization to ensure consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations management experience in facilities with 50+ employees and approximately 6,000 sqm or larger warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C warehousing, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate and support interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse quality management, safety management, process optimization, risk control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
