Role: Operations Intern

Location: Subang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and updating Sales Orders (SO) in SAP system.
• Support follow-up on stock availability, delivery status, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Assist in data entry, report preparation, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform Delivery Order (DO) and Goods Received Note (GRN) filing.
• Support daily operational activities and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree students in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
