We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Media & Communication Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in social media, content creation, communication, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to support content development, social media activities, campaign execution, and day-to-day communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and preparing content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads and Facebook.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Support the team in developing creative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Assist with basic copywriting, captions, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends, topics, and audience engagement.
• Assist in preparing simple reports on social media performance.
• Support campaign and event activities when required.
• Coordinate with internal team members and creators/influencers for content-related activities.
• Perform other media, communication, and marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using social media platforms.
• Good writing skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
