About Your Role

The IT Intern will assist the IT department in supporting daily technical operations, including hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and system support. The intern will gain hands-on experience in basic IT support tasks such as setting up computers, assisting with network issues, and helping users resolve technical problems. This role also involves supporting IT documentation, system updates, and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the IT team.

What you'll be doing for this role

• Assist in system development testing and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare positive and negative test case checklists for system validation.
• Generate and prepare Tree ID for QR tag printing purposes.
• Support the planning and execution of system training for end users.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of results.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on user-reported issues and system bugs.
• Liaise with the development team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Document and record user feedback and interactions to support system.
• Assist in preparing user guides, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.

What you'll need for this role

• Diploma or Degree (Major in IT/ Hardware / Network system) or related fields.
• Good understanding of the system development process.
• Able to work well in a team base environment and to drive tasks from end to end.

• KHK Tower, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. Accessible via LRT Kerinchi.

Pay: RM1,199.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
