• Daily Operations: Oversee Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) workflows, ensuring smooth shift execution during peak hours.
• Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and team discipline.
• Financial Control: Monitor daily sales targets, manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and reduce wastage.
• Customer Service: Maintain high guest satisfaction and resolve any customer feedback or complaints professionally.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local hygiene standards, food safety laws, and employment regulations

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
