We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Assistant to support our Aftersales Department. If you have an interest in the automotive industry and enjoy administrative and operational work, we welcome you to join us!

What You’ll Do

• Assist in handling and processing vehicle warranty claims and submissions
• Prepare and submit warranty claims and supporting documents
• Check warranty parts, labour claims and supporting documents for accuracy
• Maintain proper warranty records and documentation
• Follow up on pending warranty claims and claim status
• Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and other departments to obtain necessary information
• Ensure warranty claims are submitted within the required timeline
• Prepare warranty-related reports when required
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures
• Support other Aftersales administrative tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

• SKM, Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration or related fields is an advantage
• Experience in automotive warranty, aftersales, service centre or administration is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
