ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and organised Content Creator to manage multiple client brand accounts. You will be the driving force behind our clients' social media presence — from strategy and content planning to execution and performance monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage up to 4 brand social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop monthly content calendars tailored to each brand's tone, audience, and objectives
• Brief the video editor and graphic designer with content ideas and creative direction
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
• Set up and optimise social media pages, bios, and platform settings for new client onboarding
• Stay current with platform trends and surface timely opportunities for each brand
• Serve as the primary point of communication between clients and the internal creative team
• Monitor content performance and provide basic reporting on key metrics

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (personal, internship, or freelance)
• Strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platform best practices
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Ability to commute to office
