Green Project Nursery is seeking a responsible and hands-on Senior Operations Executive to coordinate the daily operations of our nurseries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily nursery operations across different locations.
• Monitor seedling production, stock movements and deliveries.
• Ensure all seedlings going in and out are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate workers, transport, machinery and operational supplies.
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules and task completion.
• Prepare monthly operational, stock and delivery reports.
• Ensure nursery records and supporting documents are complete and updated.
• Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements.
• Work closely with management, finance, sales and nursery supervisors.
• Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety and agricultural requirements.
• Perform site visits and other duties assigned by management.
• Work closely with the Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring operational projects.
• Assist the Manager in implementing new projects, process improvements and expansion plans.
• Track project progress, timelines, costs and required resources.
• Provide regular project and operational updates to the Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Carry out additional operational assignments and special projects directed by the Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Agriculture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations, plantation, agriculture, logistics or a similar role.
• Strong coordination, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Able to supervise workers and manage several locations.
• Willing to travel between nursery sites.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
• Sabahan are encouraged to apply.
