• Monitor food quality and safety throughout food preparation and production.
• Conduct regular kitchen, production and outlet inspections.
• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and preparing for internal and external audit for customers, certification bodies and authorities.
• Check Halal status and supporting documents for ingredients and suppliers.
• Ensure Halal procedures are followed during operations.
• Conduct regular QCQA inspections and internal audits.
• Identify non-conformities and report findings to the QCQA Manager.
• Assist in investigating food quality, food safety and customer complaints and monitor and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure and maintain QCQA, food safety, Halal, audit records are accurate and up to date.
• To maintain HALAL system documentation, including for new applications and renewal.
• Assist in conducting food safety, hygiene, GMP, etc based annual training plan.
• Supervise and guide QCQA Executives and QCQA Assistants.
• Ensure that the food safety management system is ongoing, effective, suitable, and valid.
• Report on the effectiveness & suitability of the food safety management system to the Management.
• Ensure proper training of the food safety team.
• Perform other duties related to QCQA requirement as directed from time to time.
• Perform other scope of work as directed by Superiors/Top Management.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma and above in Food Technology, Food Service, Microbiology, Food Science, and related courses.
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the food industry and food processing is an advantage.
• Professional Halal Executive certificate holder.
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Experience in Manage QAQC personnel.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
