岗位职责
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide safe and punctual transportation for the Managing Director / Executive Director, authorised family members where specifically assigned, and other authorised Company duties.
• Plan routes and travel time appropriately and comply with road traffic laws and Company requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles.
• Check fuel, tyres, fluids and other basic vehicle conditions and arrange / report servicing and repairs.
• Keep vehicle documents and driving licence valid and available as required.
• Assist with authorised dispatch, delivery, collection or administrative errands when assigned.
• Immediately report accidents, summonses, defects or other incidents involving the assigned vehicle.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding passengers, destinations and Company matters.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate superior or Management from time to time.
