Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Recommend scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage stakeholders, consultancy engagements, risks, and technical delivery.
• Produce clear solution designs, technical specifications, and support documentation.
• Present technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support design reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Work effectively across business, architecture, development, testing, and support teams.

Essential Skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear business language.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Solid technical understanding of enterprise application development and delivery.

Technical Background

Practical experience in several of the following areas is expected:

• Oracle RDBMS architecture, schemas, indexes, constraints, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Software development lifecycle, integration, deployment, and production support.
