任职资格

 

  • Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, and Fishbone Diagram; data analysis/statistical software such as Minitab/JMP; and Microsoft Office. 
  • Possess good judgment, communication, decision-making, negotiation, learning, and innovation skills.

岗位职责

 

  • Prepare/update PPAP quality documentation, including MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc. 
  • Follow up and handle quality issues arising during the development and production processes of new and existing products. 
  • Analyze and verify product inspection methods and inspection standards, and update them regularly. 
  • Monitor the preparation of process limit samples and promptly identify the effectiveness of process error-proofing fixtures, gauges, and measuring equipment. 
  • Conduct regular MSA and daily maintenance/management of gauges and measuring equipment used by IPQC during the production process. 
  • Coordinate product audit-related matters and follow up on improvement actions for audit non-conformities. 
  • Regularly analyze and evaluate product quality and stability based on daily quality inspection data. 
  • Handle/lead customer complaint meetings, follow up on corrective actions, and submit 8D reports. 
  • Plan and implement quality knowledge training for internal staff.
