JOB SUMMARY

The Management Trainee is to develop a solid for a long-term management career in healthcare, involved in rotation basis in all facets of operations, business administration, patient care processes and team management under structured training and mentorship by senior management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Participate in a structured training program rotating across key departments including frontline services, operations, administration, clinical support, and business development, finance, building facilities, data management and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads on special projects and performance improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
• Assist management in business process analysis, reporting, and the implementation of new policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, patient records management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training activities.
• Engage in day-to-day medical centre operations to gain practical, hands-on leadership and management experience.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical data management programs to enhance patient care and organizational performance.
• The Management Trainee will undergo structured training at Caring Synergy Renal Sdn. Bhd. and may subsequently be placed at LifeCare Group or any of its suitable subsidiaries, based on individual suitability, performance, and business requirements.
