Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage and undertake logistics and warehouse activities that related to manufacturing operations of the company which in relation with goods receiving, stock-in and stock-out management, tracking of incoming materials from the headquarter from China, materials picking, materials transferring, storage management, control of inventories, stock take management, etc.

• Responsible to manage and handling of aging stock, to optimize usage of materials, to enhance value of reusability of aging stock and reduce inventory management costs.

• Responsible to manage the quality inspection of incoming stocks or product.

• Responsible to monitor and ensure storekeepers are working strictly according to the safety procedures/ instructions and lifting equipment are maintained and operated according to the safety requirements.

• Responsible to provide safety briefing and pre-task briefing of all requirements of Department of Environment (DOE) and Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) to all staff, contractor and transporter prior to commencement of work at the site. Monitor work at the site and ensure that all staff, contractor and transporter comply with the DOE and DOSH requirements.

• Responsible to perform reporting to the management of the company and headquarter (ZELC).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or any of Engineering Discipline.

• Preferable minimum 3 years of work experiences, however fresh graduate can be considered.

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
