• Quality Management: Develop and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and Malaysian timber industry standards (such as MTIB or MS requirements).
• Timber Inspection & Grading: Supervise inspections of raw timber logs, sawn timber, and processed wood products for defects, moisture content, dimensions, and grading compliance.
• Process Control: Monitor production lines or site installations to prevent defects, reduce waste, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations, chain-of-custody certifications (like PEFC or FSC), and safety codes.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead QC inspectors, graders, and laboratory staff.
• Client & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers, third-party inspectors, and clients to resolve quality disputes and ensure product specifications are met.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
