Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or overseas market operations.
• Hands-on experience managing overseas social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, or X.
• Strong understanding of overseas social media trends, user behavior, and content preferences.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop engaging social media content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret social media performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Experience with social media advertising, user acquisition, or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, or other market-specific languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Creative, proactive, and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with proven experience in growing overseas social media accounts or successfully executing international marketing campaigns will have an advantage.
