Position: AI Trainer

Job Summary

MIT Academy is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver practical Artificial Intelligence training programmes for students, working professionals, corporate clients, and industry participants.

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of AI technologies, generative AI, machine learning, automation, and AI productivity tools, together with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct hands-on practical training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on AI training.
• Develop training materials, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Train participants on Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, machine learning, and automation.
• Guide participants in practical AI projects and industry use cases.
• Keep training content updated with current AI technologies.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software development, AI solutions, technical training, or a related area.
• Experience conducting technical training, workshops, demonstrations, or presentations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents and Workflow Automation
• Machine Learning fundamentals
• Python programming
• Data analysis and visualization
• AI APIs and system integration
• Responsible and ethical AI practices

Pay: RM2,501.46 - RM5,583.52 per month
