Your new role

You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment for our SEA business and to ensure that we are able to find and engage with great people to fulfil some great opportunities to work at Hays. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and managing applications.

Sourcing & Coordination

• Support candidate attraction through JD update, advert creation and other recruitment related content creation
• Prepare internal email comms for internal referral programs, internal vacancies etc.
• Organizing or conducting reference checks
• Arrange and minute meetings and discussions
• Work with the admin team to prepare materials for the assessment centre
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Branding & Building

• Create social graphics to promote employer branding
• Support campus recruitment activity such as preparing QR codes, brochures, flyers etc.

Data Analysis

• Extracting data for the weekly report
• Extracting data for presentations

A degree or prior working experience is required. Some knowledge of design tools for content creation would be helpful. Ideally, you would pride yourself on the following qualities:
