We’re Hiring: Reservation Assistant | Wyndham Acmar Klang

Location: Klang, Selangor

Department: Front Office | Full-Time

At Wyndham Acmar Klang, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Assistant to manage and grow the hotel’s online sales and presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing online channels such as the hotel website, and OTAs (Online Travel Agents)

Your Mission:

• Monitor rate parity, availability, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales team to implement pricing strategies and offers
• Analyze online booking trends, conversion rates, and digital performance reports
• Ensure reservation data is accurate and up to date in the PMS (Property Management System).
• Coordinate special requests and communicate with Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
• Manage group bookings, corporate reservations, and block allocations.

Who You Are:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in hotel e-commerce, OTA management
• Strong knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers, and booking engines
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiarity with hospitality systems (SynXis, Staah & Opera) is an added advantage
