Key Responsibilities

• Review existing logistics and warehouse processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support implementation and improvement of WMS, TMS, ERP, barcode, scanning, and related logistics systems.
• Automate routine reports, data collection, and operational tracking where possible.
• Monitor system performance and report system issues to IT or system vendors.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, Customer Service, and Operations teams on system requirements.
• Assist in developing automated workflows for order processing, inventory movement, delivery planning, and reporting.
• Maintain logistics master data and ensure system information is accurate.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.
• Analyse operational data to identify delays, errors, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support barcode, RFID, scanner, or other warehouse automation projects.
• Assist in testing new system functions before implementation.
• Train operational staff on new systems, processes, and automation tools.
• Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process flow documentation.
• Monitor automation projects and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Work with external vendors and system providers when required.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, systems, or process improvement is preferred.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, VBA, or similar automation tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand operational processes and system workflows.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn new technologies and systems.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
