1. Platform & Channel Management

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory syncing across ecommerce platforms
• Ensure seamless API/integration between client storefronts and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to order imports, tracking updates, and inventory discrepancies.

2. Order Fulfillment & Last-Mile Coordination

• Monitor the end-to-end order lifecycle: from order capture, picking, packing, to dispatch and final delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to prioritize urgent orders and manage peak season surges (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday, Hari Raya).
• Liaise with last-mile couriers and delivery partners to resolve failed deliveries, address returns, and optimize routing.
• Track and report on fulfillment KPIs: Order Accuracy Rate, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Fill Rate, and Return Rate.

3. Client & Customer Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for ecommerce clients regarding fulfillment inquiries and operational issues.
• Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions, lost parcels, and damage claims in a timely manner.
• Provide clients with regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve their shipping strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Experience: [1-3] years of experience in ecommerce operations, fulfillment, or logistics coordination.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
