MACHINE OPERATOR

Location: AKE Cetak, Section 11, Shah Alam

Al Kauthar Equdis is looking for a responsible, disciplined and committed Machine Operator to join our team. If you enjoy working with machines, are detail-oriented, safety-conscious and able to work well as part of a team, we welcome your application!

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate machines and equipment according to established operating procedures.
• Ensure machines are operating properly and safely throughout working hours.
• Monitor machine operations and identify any issues or malfunctions during production.
• Report machine breakdowns, technical issues or production problems to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine inspections and upkeep to ensure machines remain in good working condition.
• Ensure finished products meet the required quality standards.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance when required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Aged 18 years and above.
• Responsible, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining work quality.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety.
• Physically fit and suitable for operational work.
• Willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or construction is an advantage.
• Candidates with no prior experience may also be considered, depending on job requirements.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: RM1,700 – RM3,500 per month
