• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including main contractors, consultant, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site-specific safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, photographs, and documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed work plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks or quality issues.
• Liaising with onsite workers, sub-contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns
• Ensuring the construction site is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Documenting and reporting on project progress daily reports, safety incidents, site challenges and other relevant information
• To ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are compiled.
• To supervise and manage daily project planning work progress on-site.
• To attend daily tool box meeting, daily site meeting, progress meeting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar site supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate construction teams to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
• Graduated Degree/Diploma in Architecture

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
