- Manage and supervise daily outlet operations
- Lead, train and monitor staff performance
- Ensure Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Monitor stock, inventory and wastage
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist with sales, cash handling and daily reports
Requirements:
️ Malaysian citizen
️Full-time position
️ At least 2 years experience in F&B ️Good leadership and communication skills
️Responsible, hardworking and team-oriented
