About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join the manufacturing team at Supercomal Medical Products Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production operations, ensuring that medical products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the medical products industry and directly contributes to the wellbeing of our customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with established standard operating procedures

• Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards and specifications

• Record production data, machine performance metrics and quality control results accurately and promptly

• Follow all health, safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility

• Maintain a clean and organised work station and adhere to housekeeping standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

• Respond to operational instructions from supervisors and management

• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role

• Ability to read work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

• Basic mathematical skills for recording and calculating production metrics

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to shift work as required

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

• Relevant certifications or training in machinery operation are advantageous
