Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Create video content that aligns with the company's brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.
• Produce promotional videos, advertisements, product showcases, event highlights, and short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (RED), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and campaign content.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and basic colour correction to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and campaign schedules.
• Perform quality checks and revise videos based on feedback from the team.
• Organize, maintain, and archive video assets, project files, and media libraries for future use.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices to create engaging content.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in video editing and content creation.
• Proficient in Jian Ying PRO (CapCut Professional). Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for social media platforms.
• Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail in pacing, visuals, and audio.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Experience in the wellness, beauty, healthcare, or supplement industry is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
