Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all materials meet the materials specifications through incoming inspections.
• Ensure all products meet the products specifications through in process inspections.
• Monitor daily production quality activities through inline checking sheets.
• Check samples of a production run to ensure that products meet specification at any point in the production process.
• Communicate with head on product quality and functionality issues. Post live production related issues to address defects and follow up upon corrections been made.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit all testing and inspection records and data (Incoming).
• Observe and verify inspection and material testing result perform by production (Production in-process recording).
• Ensure production keeping measurement equipment operating accurately.
• Document and maintain all inspection and testing results in QC reports.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to department head.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• To perform any duties delegated by the section head / supervisor without any detriment or injury.
• Assist quality head on the smooth implementation of QMS and HACCP
• Provide improvement ideas wherever necessary to increasing workflow efficiency or product conformance
• To be a HACCP team member or internal auditor

Skills/Qualifications:

• Working experience in manufacturing field will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all across organizational.
• Diploma and above (or equivalent experience);
• Attention to details, observant, able to work with people with different skill levels.
