Qualifications & Experience 

• Degree level qualification, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related technical field. 
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on site engineering or fit-out experience in construction or facility works. 
• Age 25-35, as stated in the original role requirements. 
• Willingness to be posted or travel outstation for site assignments when required. 

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Hold a valid Driving Licence D and be comfortable driving to multiple site locations. 
• Able to read basic architectural and MEP drawings and check work against specifications. 
• Familiar with site measurement, simple quantity checks, and using MS Office for reports and logs. 
• Practical understanding of local construction practices, basic finishes and quality control methods. 

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• You are motivated and self-driven, able to manage time and priorities on small to medium site tasks. 
• Clear communicator who can coordinate trades, suppliers and internal teams with a calm approach. 
• Problem solver who makes practical decisions on site and records outcomes for follow up. 
• Team player who supports a close-knit operations team and contributes to a professional work environment.

Responsibilities 

Project & Site Coordination 

• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, therapists and suppliers to keep work on schedule and within scope. 
• Schedule and supervise deliveries, site access and manpower so installations proceed without delays. 
• Keep stakeholders informed with concise progress updates and escalate issues that affect timelines. 

Technical Execution & Documentation 

• Interpret drawings and specifications to guide small building, fit-out and MEP tasks at spa locations. 
• Perform on-site quality checks and document defects, corrective actions and completion records. 
• Prepare short site reports, as-built notes and simple material lists so handovers are clean and auditable. 

Health, Safety & Team Support 

• Maintain site housekeeping and basic safety practices to protect staff and guests during works. 
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure tools and equipment are safe and suitable for the task. 
• Support junior crew members on site and help the team solve practical problems quickly.
