Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Malaysian SPM.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• Preferably junior entries specializing in Logistic or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Descriptions

• Assist the Baker with daily production preparation and activities according to the production requirements.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients accurately according to approved recipes and procedures.
• Prepare trays, pans, tools and other materials required for production.
• Assist with filling, cutting, assembling and packing of bakery products according to product requirements.
• Handle ingredients and finished products properly to maintain product quality and prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and 5S standards within the work area and equipment used.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety requirements and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Support the production team in meeting daily production targets and schedules.
• Report any issues relating to ingredients, equipment or product quality to the Baker or Production Leader.
• Provide support to the production team and perform other duties as assigned by the Baker, Production Leader or Senior Supervisor.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
