SEO Junior Executive – KLCC (Remote Work)

Company Industry : Digital Creative Agency

Working Location : Remote first then based in office

Working Hour : Flexible clock in between 8 AM -10 AM

Working Day : Monday - Friday

Salary range : RM4,000 - RM5,000

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and drive qualified traffic to our websites.

Job Description :

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume keywords based on target audiences.
• Assist with on-page SEO optimization, including meta titles, meta descriptions, content optimization, and internal linking.
• Utilize SEO tools to monitor website performance, traffic, rankings, and identify areas for improvement.
• Track and prepare reports on key SEO performance metrics, including search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Assist with content creation, optimization, and link-building activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to support overall digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements :

For Fresh Graduates:

• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

For Candidates with Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience using SEO tools.
• Strong keyword research and analysis skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML or coding.
• Content writing and optimization skills.
• Understanding of link-building strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
