• Monitor and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets.
• Plan and control manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules.
• Ensure production output meets quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and Purchasing departments for operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, material usage, and wastage control.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOP, work instructions, and safety requirements on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor machine downtime and coordinate with maintenance team for improvement.
• Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with 5S practices in production areas.
• Supervise and guide production supervisors, leaders, and operators.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and safety regulations.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years working experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in plastic injection manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and production systems.
• Willing to work at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
