岗位职责

About the role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on contract designer to bring our internal communications to life across Hunter Douglas APAC. You will turn People & Culture messages, programs and data into clear, engaging visuals that employees actually notice and remember.

You will work closely with the People team and business stakeholders across the region. The work spans design, presentation polish, video and campaign creative, all within Hunter Douglas brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Visual design

  • Produce visuals on request: infographics, posters, social-style tiles, email headers, digital signage and event collateral
  • Turn HR data and survey results into clear, audience-ready graphics
  • Keep all work consistent with Hunter Douglas brand guidelines and create reusable templates

Presentation support

  • Redesign and improve PowerPoint decks for layout, visual hierarchy and storytelling
  • Build and maintain branded PPT templates, icon sets and slide libraries
  • Prepare leadership, town hall and workshop decks to a polished, presentation-ready standard

Video

  • Script, storyboard, edit and produce short internal videos (announcements, program explainers, event highlights, leadership messages)
  • Add motion graphics, captions, subtitles and music; format for Teams, intranet and mobile viewing

Campaigns and digital assets

  • Concept and deliver end-to-end internal campaigns (e.g. recognition, values, wellbeing, engagement survey launches) across multiple channels
  • Design Microsoft Teams backgrounds, email signatures, banners and intranet assets
  • Create campaign toolkits so local HR teams across APAC can roll out consistently

Internal communications support

  • Support the drafting and formatting of employee newsletters and announcements
  • Manage a design request queue, prioritising and meeting agreed turnaround times
  • Maintain an organised asset library of final files, templates and source files

What you bring

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally including in-house, agency or corporate communications work
  • Strong portfolio covering print, digital, presentation and video work
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while still bringing fresh creative ideas
  • Good written English and an eye for clear, concise messaging
  • Organised and reliable with multiple requests and tight deadlines
  • Comfortable taking brief, high-level direction and turning it into polished work quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR, employee engagement or internal communications
  • Motion graphics and basic animation skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience working across multicultural or regional (APAC) audiences
  • Basic photography or videography skills for on-site event coverage
  • Experience using AI design and video tools responsibly to speed up production

What success looks like

  • Design requests delivered on time and on brand, with minimal rounds of revision
  • A consistent, recognisable look across People & Culture communications in APAC
  • A reusable library of templates (PPT, Teams backgrounds, campaign kits) the wider team can use independently
  • Higher visibility and engagement with internal campaigns and videos
