Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Rawang

Type: Permanent (5.5 Days / Week)

Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM | Sat: 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM

What You Will Do

• Quality & Audits: Manage factory QMS systems, sign off on quality documents, and lead internal/external audits.
• Floor Checks & Suppliers: Do daily floor patrols, analyze process data to fix quality issues, and track supplier ratings (packaging and vendors).
• Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints, manage non-conforming materials, and resolve quality claims.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly quality reports and report major issues to the Department Head.

What We Look For

• Experience in QA/QC manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QMS, auditing, and problem-solving.
• Able to work in Rawang and commit to a 5.5-day schedule.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
