JOB VACANCY FOR URGENT HIRING

Performance Expectations

The Head Staff Nurse is expected to:

• Maintain high standards of patient/resident care.
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Ensure effective supervision of nursing staff.
• Promptly report medical incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain good communication with management, residents and families.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations and facility SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse / relevant nursing qualification.
• Valid professional registration/licence where applicable.
• Relevant nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or senior nursing experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work shifts and handle emergencies.
