Are you a Fresh Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Networking looking for your first career opportunity?

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT Support, Network, Hardware, Software, Warehouse & Logistics IT Systems.

Training and guidance will be provided!

YOUR ROLE

You will assist our team with:

• Troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers & other IT equipment
• Providing first-level IT support to employees
• Installing & configuring hardware and software
• Troubleshooting basic LAN, Wi-Fi & internet connectivity
• Supporting Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications
• Assisting with CCTV, attendance systems & office IT equipment
• Supporting warehouse & operation teams with IT-related issues
• Assisting with barcode scanners / handheld devices
• Providing basic support for WMS / ERP / other business systems
• Liaising with external IT vendors when required
• Maintaining IT support records and documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking or related field

Basic knowledge of:

• Windows & Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Computer hardware & software
• LAN, Wi-Fi & basic networking

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to learn and develop your IT skills

Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an advantage:

• IT Helpdesk / Ticketing System
• Active Directory
• Microsoft 365
• CCTV / Access Control
• Basic Networking
• IT-related certification
