Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product recommendations.
• Sell mobile phones, phone accessories, and related products.
• Maintain good knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, specifications, and functions.
• Handle stock receiving, checking, recording, and inventory management.
• Promote products through TikTok and live selling.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
• Ensure the shop is well-organised and properly maintained.
• Perform other duties related to shop and sales operations.

Requirements

• 3 years or more experience in mobile phone retail sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of mobile phone models, brands, functions, and specifications.
• Experience in mobile phone and accessories sales.
• Knowledge of stock/inventory management.
• Familiar with TikTok selling and TikTok Live.
• Social media management experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and sales-oriented.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
