We are currently looking for a Junior Software Functional Specialist to join our team and help us in delivering high-quality software services to our clients. As Junior Software Functional Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated of creating innovative software that meet the needs of our clients.

Supporting our software applications are ensuring that they are running smoothly. You will work closely with senior members of our team to learn the ins and outs of our software solutions, and assist in the functional specification design, testing, and implementation of new software features. You will also provide functional support to our clients, assisting them in resolving any issues that may arise with our software during and post project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of new software solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with senior members of our team in functional specification design and test new software features.
• Provide functional support to clients, resolving any issues that may arise with our software solutions.
• Conduct software testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Document and communicate software issues and resolutions to the appropriate teams.
• Continuously learn and develop new skills to improve the quality of our software services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting/Analytical/Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology of related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
