JOB DESCRIPTION

• Primary responsibility is to manage preventive maintenance, maintain basic condition of the machines and eliminate the machines weakness in order to deliver continuous production running with good products quality as high machine reliability optimizing maintenance cost using WCM tools.
• Familiar with Siemens PLC system, Simatic S7 software and its HMI interface (WinCC).
• Familiar with motor, drive, encoder, sensor and its connectivity. Ability to troubleshoot this automation system.
• Have experience on lead or assist plant improvement project.
• Up to date with control system and manufacturing technology.
• Promote and manage a safe working environment that results in attaining the group target of ZERO accidents. Specifically, to ensure that safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new machines & equipment
• Propose the solution and continuous communication to supervisor & manager that leads to make the right decision related to machine reliability.
• Ability to make decision in order to improve machine basic condition related to plan maintenance.
• Ability to work and communicate as a team.
• Ability to guide technicians through phone call in case of breakdown during night or weekend.
• Willing to attend on weekend in case of major plant breakdown.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum – Diploma/Advanced diploma in electrical engineering or experience in related filed
• Intermediate knowledge on Siemens SCADA system (Simatic S7 / WinCC).
• Basic networking system knowledge.
• Mechanical experience/knowledge will be an advantage.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office application.
• More than 3 years works in factory or maintenance field.
• Good knowledge on preventive maintenance
