We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the pet industry.

This is a remote/work-from-home position based in the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor). In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with veterinary clinics, pet shops, pet grooming salons, and other pet-related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce the Company's range of pet healthcare products to veterinary clinics, pet shops, pet grooming salons, and other pet-related businesses.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers' needs and identify upselling opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Relevant sales experience is more important than academic qualifications. Candidates with proven sales experience are encouraged to apply, regardless of educational background.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, veterinary, animal healthcare, pet industry, FMCG, or other B2B sales environment will be an added advantage.
• Confident in communicating and presenting to customers in English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for building customer relationships and growing sales.
• Passion for the pet industry is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Applicants must be based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
• Willing to travel within the Klang Valley and occasionally travel outstation when required.
