Job Description

• Train in desktop and network efficiency.
• Train in Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery.
• Hand-on in helpdesk support in managing clients.
• Perform remote client network and server checks.
• Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets.
• Manage and update IT documentation.

Requirements

• Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
• Relevancy in obtaining IT Industry certification.
• Basic communication skills for helpdesk support.
• Basic experience, and keen interest in IT support.
• Fresh Poly/ITE students, undergraduates are welcome.
• Technical support and hands-on training provided.
• Keenness in technical learning and advancement.
