Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Garment Embellishment & Beading Intern to join our creative team. This role offers hands-on experience in luxury garment embellishment, including hand beading, sequin application, crystal work, lace detailing, and garment finishing. The successful candidate will work closely with our design, tailoring, and production teams to create high-quality garments for fittings, events, and client deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hand stitching of beads, sequins, crystals, lace, and other embellishments on garments.
• Prepare embellishment samples and swatches for design development and approval.
• Assist in garment sampling, prototype development, and testing of embellishment techniques.
• Perform garment finishing, touch-ups, and quality checks before fitting or delivery.
• Handle delicate fabrics with care during the embellishment process.
• Support inventory management of beads, threads, and embellishment materials.
• Coordinate with the Design, Tailoring, and Embroidery teams to meet project deadlines.
• Provide assistance during fittings, fashion shows, and special events when required.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and urgent garment repairs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with good handcraft and sewing skills.
• Passion for fashion, garment detailing, and embellishment work.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
