Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Digital Performance Specialist to join the team, with a focus on programmatic media buying and digital advertising campaign management.

This role is ideal for digital advertising professionals with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or similar trading roles, who are eager to work with cutting-edge digital advertising technology, particularly platforms such as Display & Video 360 (DV360).

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Campaign Management

• Independently set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns on platforms such as Display & Video 360 (DV360)
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and client objectives
• Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing media buys
• Implement audience targeting strategies, bidding optimization, and creative rotation strategies
• Troubleshoot campaign setup, ad serving, and tracking issues

Client Communication & Reporting

• Collaborate with Customer Success and client-facing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop effective media strategies
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations
• Participate in client meetings and act as a subject matter expert on programmatic advertising

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to established workflows and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting
• Develop and maintain best practices, product documentation, and knowledge resources

Project Contribution

• Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives that contribute to business growth and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a similar trading role
• Proven experience managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns to achieve performance targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, ad technology, and data analysis.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Mandarin and English proficiency required; Cantonese is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360) or other DSPs, such as The Trade Desk, is preferred
• In-depth understanding of ad server platforms such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
