• Location Base: Must be 100% willing and comfortable to be permanently based at our project site in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. (Local candidates or those with own transport preferred).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Surveying / Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid, active site experience working under a Main Contractor. Fresh graduates will not be entertained for this technical support role.
• Physical Stamina: High energy and stamina to walk the active site, climb scaffolding, endure outdoor site weather, and support ad-hoc night-shift concrete pouring duties.
• Core Skills: Excellent command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia to handle formal JKR correspondence. Highly proficient in interpreting complex structural drawings.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
