Quotation Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source travel components, including hotels, meals, transportation, tour guides, and other services based on requirements from the Sales Team.
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and customized quotations for travel arrangements in Japan and Southeast Asia.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client requirements and develop suitable travel itineraries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to travel-related enquiries.
• Serve as a key point of contact for tour-related queries and coordinate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quotation details and travel arrangements are accurate and completed within the required timeline.
• Support management with ad-hoc assignments, projects, and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin language skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Candidates who are available immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
