We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support to support our order processing and shipment documentation. This role involves managing order fulfillment, preparing necessary shipping documents, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in logistics or order management

Job Description

• Handle from Order Conversion, Order Processing, Shipment
• Responsible for preparing quotations and following up with customers to secure orders
• To coordinate with suppliers on spares parts offer/purchase, ensure meeting customer requirement
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer expectations.
• To handle customer shipping instruction, prepare shipping documents and arranges deliveries as per our customer advice ensuring delivery commitment are met
• Track payments, follow up with customers on any outstanding payments, and ensure timely processing.
• To execute other duties/ad hoc task as defined by Superior/ManagerJob Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• 3-4 years in an administrative or sales support role.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with full sales/purchase cycle from order to delivery will be added advantages
