Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Graphic Design cum Content Creator. The role involves designing digital creatives such as banners, social media posts, product visuals, and marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity. The team member will create written content for product listings, social media captions, promotional campaigns, and basic website copy to support online sales and customer engagement. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to plan campaigns, translating product information into clear visuals and messages, and ensuring all content is accurate and consistent. The role also requires keeping up with automotive trends and digital design best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual and written materials.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for product descriptions, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and e-commerce content best practices.
• Attention to detail in both visual layout and language, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Interest in or familiarity with automotive parts and terminology is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
