Job Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Operations to oversee operational performance, administrative efficiency, and coordination across automotive operations. You will be responsible for monitoring business performance, improving processes, managing the administration team, and ensuring smooth coordination between operations and support functions.

What Will You Do:

• Monitor and analyze key operational performance metrics, including productivity, turnaround time, quality, and operational targets.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management updates to provide clear visibility of operational performance.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support management in performance reviews by providing accurate data, analysis, and progress updates.
• Oversee daily administrative activities supporting automotive operations and ensure processes are completed efficiently.
• Manage operational documentation, data entry, records, trackers, and reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments on payment processing, claims, asset management, vendor documentation, and other operational requirements.
• Lead and supervise the administration team, including workload allocation, task coordination, and performance follow-up.
• Coach and support team members to improve productivity, accuracy, and overall capability.
• Strengthen coordination between the administration team and operational departments to ensure smooth information flow.
• Review existing administrative processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary or repetitive work.
• Support the implementation of digital tools and process improvements to improve data accuracy and reporting visibility.
• Ensure operational and administrative activities comply with relevant SOPs, internal processes, and audit requirements.
• Prepare business presentations, operational summaries, and improvement proposals for management when required.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational, administrative, and performance-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through regular process reviews, feedback, and follow-up.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations support, performance management, administrative management, or a similar role.
• Experience within the automotive or service industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools.
• Experience managing or leading an administrative team.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and managing competing priorities.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
