What You Will Be Working On
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our HR Digital Solutions team to develop innovative workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Key outcomes of this internship are aligned with PSD's digital transformation journey and will contribute meaningfully to our modernisation efforts. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of HR processes across the public service while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge low-code development tools
Learning Areas
Application Development – You will gain Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade Power Platform development.
Process Automation – You will gain practical exposure to real-world HR process automation and workflow optimisation
AI Integration – You will gain experience implementing AI solutions and intelligent automation in business applications
Innovation & Problem Solving – You will gain experience designing and implementing creative solutions for complex HR challenges

Key Competencies Required
An ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform development (Power App, Automate and Dataverse) is required.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
This is a full-time internship starting in Jun/Jul 2026 and lasting for 6 months until Dec 2026/Jan 2027.
