Job Description:

• More than 2+ years of working experience in hardware/optics test.
• Hands-on experience across xPON and PtP optical technologies, including:
• GPON, XGS-PON, 25G PON, 50G PON
• 40G / 100G / 400G point-to-point (PtP) optics;
• Experience in optical module verification, qualification, or production support is preferred.
• Familiar with key parameters of high-speed optical modules;
• Familiar with related standards (MSA / IEEE / ITU-T) for xPON and PtP optical modules;
• Familiar with optical/electrical test instruments;
• Background with qualification standards such as EMC and safety;
• Experience using DCA (Digital Communication Analyzer), BERT, and related equipment; strong eye-diagram measurement and analysis skills;
• Computer skills: proficient in MS Office; capable of using related design/analysis software;
• ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) design and Python programming skills are a plus.
