Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, employee P-Files, and other onboarding documents.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new non-executive employees.
• Coordinate training administration, including course registrations, employee notifications, training documentation, and training record maintenance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including Overtime (OT), Manhour Exposure, and HR Metrics reports.
• Support the planning and execution of employee wellness and engagement activities, including vendor sourcing, event coordination, and logistics arrangements.
• Complete government surveys and submissions, including MOM Labour Market and Occupational Dataset surveys.
• Administer employee recognition programmes, including Spot Awards and Service Recognition Awards.
• Arrange medical check-ups for new hires and existing employees.
• Coordinate monthly fruit deliveries to designated operating companies.
• Process invoices and liaise with the Accounts Payable team for payment.
• Prepare articles and write-ups for company activities and events.
• Provide general administrative support and perform any other duties assigned by the Company Supervisor and Mentor.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource management related fields
• Minimum 3 months internship is preferred
• Experience with Power BI or any other HR analytics skill will be an added advantage.
• Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
